Strategies and practices of the future



The course explores how to use AI LLM to enhance your negotiation skills. From preparation to contextual analysis, through asynchronous negotiations and interactive simulations, participants learn to create and master AI assistants for their professional context. Through role plays and realistic scenarios, practical tools are provided to improve negotiation performance and adapt the strategic approach.

Basic Module: AI and Negotiation: Tools and Applications

• AI and negotiation: tools and applications

• Introduction to AI LLM, choice of tools and prompting techniques

• Use of AI in the preparation phase, for collection, analysis and construction of scenarios

• Using AI in asynchronous negotiations

• Use of AI in post-negotiation debriefing


Advanced Lab: AI-assisted negotiation simulation

• Use of AI systems to support negotiations

• Analysis of a context with digital tools final simulation
